Since 1999, Michele has been at the heart of Schmid Custom Cleaning. She personally manages every client account and supervises our team, ensuring consistent service and attention to detail. Terry Schmid – Co-Owner & Operations
Terry joined full-time in 2021 after a successful career in engineering and IT. He oversees daily operations, service planning, and specialized projects, bringing a systems-driven approach that ensures reliable, high-quality results for every client.
